Automatic Pouching System

The Rollbag™ Magnum HS Med Automatic Bagger is a medical pouch sealing system for automatic packaging. This medical pouch sealer is capable of being independently validated and is designed for clean room use and can package products at speeds of up to 40 bags per minute using Tyvek® Poly or medical-grade paper rollstock (subject to material spec and bag size). Products packaged on the Rollbag™ Magnum HS Med Automatic Bagger are suitable for use with an autoclave or sterilizer. The Magnum HS Med validatable medical pouch sealer bagger features a control system that monitors all seal parameters and switches into alarm mode if any parameter goes out of range. External ports on this medical pouch sealer bagger enable the user to reliably conduct the sealing parameter validation process. The Magnum HS Med can also communicate with a remote device for central monitoring.

The Rollbag™ Kit Conveyor is designed for guaranteed packaging rates or pace rate for operators. Increase production rates when using this conveyor to package faster, easier, and safer. This equipment allows you to package hardware kits, appliance kits, craft kits, and various parts directly into Rollbag™ brand pre-opened bag-on-a-roll. The Rollbag™ Kit Conveyor has three operating modes: manual, paced, and counting. Manual mode works with a simple to use footswitch. The paced mode is for continuous feeding of the product. While operating with the counting mode, the bagger cycles when a photo eye detects the product count. This kit conveyor is designed to be part of a heavy-duty packaging system and is electronically interfaced to work with Rollbag™ brand automatic baggers.

The Rollbag™ Weigh Count Sorting Table is designed to seamlessly integrate to the Rollbag™ R3200 Automatic Bagger for an all-in-one weigh count bagging solution. The operator places a product into the weigh bucket to set the per piece weight and then chooses the target count per bag. The Weigh Count Sorting table automatically dispenses product into the Rollbag™ R3200 once the target count has been reached. The Weigh Count Sorting Table has an accuracy of 0.003 oz (0.1 g) and a max bucket weight of 6.6 lbs (3 kg).

Open, fill, and seal any pre-opened bag on a roll with the Rollbag™ 575B automatic bagger. This machine makes bag packaging quick and easy. The Rollbag™ 575B is a semi-automatic bag filling and sealing machine. The seal jaw is electrically powered and activated by a foot switch, which will also automatically advance the next bag to the fill position. After filling, simply separate the bag at the perforations and insert it into the seal jaw and activate the foot switch. This unit processes poly, food grade and anti-static pre-made bags on a roll up to 15 times per minute.

Semi-automatic sleeve wrapper

The Clamco 7130MSW is a semi-automatic sleeve wrapper for shrink bundling applications. The intermittent motion inline 7130MSW produces packages with open ends, commonly referred to as a "bull's-eye". This bundler can be used for wrapping a wide range of products, including trays, cartons and bottles. The 7130MSW can deliver an output of up to 600 packages per hour. This sleeve wrapper is designed for use with 1.2-4 mil polyethylene film and is well suited for bundling applications in the food, beverage, and contract packaging industries.

The Vertrod PS Direct Drive impulse bar sealer welder is designed for heavy duty sealing applications of thick or high-temperature materials requiring long seal lengths and higher pressure than the standard PS. The PS Direct Drive is generally used in manually fed packaging or impulse welding fabricating applications but can also be utilized in conjunction with more automated machinery. This impulse welder is capable of making hermetic seals with temperatures ranging from 200 ºF to 650 ºF. The welded structural steel tubular frame provides the stability necessary to make seals up to 120" long and seal widths up to 1" wide. Open back construction allows the user to operate this impulse welder from the front or rear of the sealer as well as providing pass-through ability for an uninterrupted flow of film. The Vertrod BS impulse sealer is designed for making extra long heat seals, sealing high-temperature materials, and sealing very thick or multiple layers of various films and laminates. Some high-temperature films that can be sealed are Nylon, Aclar, Tedlar, Teflon, and Urethane Film. Very wide gusseted polyethylene tubing, each layer up to 10 mils thick, can also be sealed on the Vertrod BS, our highest pressure impulse bar sealer.

The Vertrod BSL is a heavy-duty drop sealer with an overhead cylinder to allow for added jaw and product clearance. The BSL drop sealer can be equipped with an optional air expeller assembly for compressing flexible packages, eliminating excess air, and reducing overall package volume. The direct drive jaw motion provides high sealing pressure and is capable of making airtight/watertight seals with temperatures ranging from 200 ºF to 650 ºF.
