This industrial line of high pressure pneumatically-operated thermal impulse sealers and trim sealers are designed for demanding sealing applications of thick or high temperature materials. Generally used in manually fed packaging or fabricating applications but can also be utilized in conjunction with more automated machinery. The Vertrod PS impulse bar sealer is capable of making hermetic seals with temperatures ranging from 200 ºF to 650 ºF available. Open back construction allows the user to operate the machine from the front or rear of the sealer as well as providing pass-through ability for an uninterrupted flow of film. The Vertrod PS employs PAC's state of the art solid-state control circuitry along with an improved safety system.
