Ring Size
The Revolver can be built with any of our 13 standard ring sizes, as well as custom sizes ranging from 12" to 160", to best wrap any size or shaped product. Systems shown are examples of popular ring sizes.
Film Delivery
Hydro-Stretch
Hydro-Stretch is a simple force to load system that allows infinitely adjustable wrap tension and precise control.
Fixed Gear Powered Pre-Stretch
Powered Pre-Stretch delivers excellent film savings and stiffens the film to provide greater containment force.
Film Width
The Revolver Systems can be outfitted to use 3" to 20" rolls of film. 3", 5", 10" and 20" are common. Choose the best size to accommodate your product, or & 20" contact your Highlight sales representative for a custom film size.
Automation Level
Multiple control packages are available on the Revolver Systems to suit your requirements for production speeds, operator involvement, and project budget.
Manual: Typically the lowest cost and highest labor time. The wrap cycle procedure and film attach/cut are all operated manually.
Semi-Automatic: Reduce labor time and allow programs to be set to ensure consistent wrapping. The wrap cycle is operated by control panel functions, and the film is attached and cut by the operator.
Fully Automatic: Drastically reduce labortime and increase throughput while maintaining consistency. The systems operates using sensors that detect the load as it enters the ring. The wrap cycle is started when these sensors are triggered, ana the film is automatically attached cut.
Conveyor Options
Different conveyor styles are available to accurately and efficiently wrap and contain varying types of products. Conveyorless systems are also available for wrapping on a forklift or by hand.

Wrap Area Support Bridge
Fills the gap between the conveyors when the product is in the ring being wrapped.
