Including Die Cutting, Slitting, Perforating, Printing, Laminating and More
With our comprehensive range of capabilities, TPC Packaging Solutions is a leading provider of converting services. Our capabilities include precision cutting, die cutting, adhesive laminating and spooling, and rewind finishing. We work with an extensive range of materials and use one or more converting processes to transform them into the exact format needed for an intermediate use or a finished product. To add value to the converting process, we assist with design aspects and the material and adhesive selection and send prototypes and samples for customer evaluation.
In our facility, we operate rotary and flatbed die cutting machinery, high-speed plotters and in-line lasers for tight tolerance cutting, and slitters to cut roll goods to precise widths. We offer flexographic, inkjet, and thermal printing options in up to three colors, as well as foil stamping to produce unique special effects. With our laminating equipment, we can apply adhesives to almost any substrate on one or both sides, and using our spool winders, we can create large rolls that allow for longer run times in automated operations.
We convert an enormous selection of materials in the categories of tapes, foam, paper, and plastic films. Along with silicone rubber, gasket material, open and closed cell foam, and protective film, we die cut woven and non-woven substrates. We convert paper materials into a usable form for creating packing, bags, and containers, and we laminate all types of materials to produce pressure-sensitive tapes for applications as diverse as automotive assembly and reinforced package sealing.
We handle orders of any size, and with our inventory management services, we keep stock at optimized levels. Our converting services are used by Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive manufacturers, packaging companies, makers of signs and graphics, and manufacturers of electronics, electrical assemblies, appliances, and more. Converting is an umbrella term encompassing all of the processes used to turn a raw material into a usable part or product by altering its form, character, or function. While the processes involved in converting a particular material into a specific part or product vary depending on the intended design and construction, they can include die cutting, slitting, perforating, printing, laminating, and more.
