The Vertrod BSL is a heavy-duty drop sealer with an overhead cylinder to allow for added jaw and product clearance. The BSL drop sealer can be equipped with an optional air expeller assembly for compressing flexible packages, eliminating excess air, and reducing overall package volume. The direct drive jaw motion provides high sealing pressure and is capable of making airtight/watertight seals with temperatures ranging from 200 ºF to 650 ºF. The BSL employs PAC's state of the art solid-statemore control circuitry along with an improved safety system.

Vertrod drop sealers are built for the most demanding requirements to decrease overall packaging time. This model is often used in conjunction with a bag opener to speed up the bag loading process. less
