The CB4000SQ in line corrugated bundler incorporates the latest servo motor technology that provides the ultimate in reliability. This technology also provides high speed production rates, 40% less moving parts and minimal maintenance requirements. The quick adjust backstops with squaring devices produces square neat bundles. These devices are accurately driven by DC brushless motors. Once the backstop is set in position with the wheel driven gear rack, the squaring can be quickly set up with a one button learning mode. There is also the ability to program and save recipes for quick batch setup.

The CB4000 includes new and exclusive features only available on this innovative in line corrugated bundler. All features are standard and are included with no additional cost.
In the moisture-laden environments of poultry, meat and seafood processing, the AQ-7M is the most durable strapping machine available. All the parts on the AQ-7M are made of stainless steel or water-resistant materials. The bottom of the cabinet is reinforced to provide extra protection where moisture exposure is greatest. An internal heat lamp assists in evaporating whatever moisture accumulates inside the machine. The sealing head is side mounted to protect it from moisture and residue.
The D-53HE2 is designed to quickly and economically apply horizontal straps to palletized goods and "Gaylord" boxes where automated equipment is too expensive, and hand tools or buckles are too time-consuming and cumbersome. Strapping height is quickly adjusted through the easily operated counterbalance that moves smoothly and effortlessly to the desired strap location. The innovative pendant switch allows operation of the machine from either side of the load while enabling the operator to control the feeding, tensioning, and sealing of the strap with one hand. Operator control makes positioning of the strap and/or the placement of corner protection an easy task. The D-53HE2 is an ergonomic and inexpensive solution to the labor intensive placement of horizontal straps. Battery operated version available.
D-53M2 employs the same strapping head as the D-53 with a body primarily constructed from stainless steel. The internal components are made of stainless steel or steel with a rust resistant coating. The strap dispenser is located on top of the machine to protect the strap in the wet and harsh environments. The D-53M2 is the perfect machine for low volume applications in the meat and seafood industry.
The D-53PLT2 is designed to economically and quickly strap most kinds of pallets using standard or heavier polypropylene strapping. The D-53PLT2 can cut the time it takes to strap pallets by up to 2/3 when compared to hand tools. Its simple operation entails pushing the track into the pallet void, pressing a button to feed the strap, and inserting the tip of the strap in the machine - and within 2 seconds your strap operation is completed. The D-53PLT2's unique design enables to strap pallets as low as 350mm or 14". Arch track is retractable with a hand-crank. The height of the track is also adjustable to two positions depending on the type of the pallet or size of its void. For edge protection insertion, the manual mode can be selected to control strap completion. Battery operated version is available.
The D-53RS is a side-seal version of the D-53 especially designed to strap donut-shaped bundles such as tires, wires, tubes and hoses. The two supporting bars rotate, making it easy to position the bundle with little effort. The strap feeding buttons are located on the both sides of the machine to enable easy operation from either side.

The iQ-400 is a durable and heavy-duty strapping machine designed to withstand various harsh environments. It is amazingly quiet to operate and well suited for office use also.
StraPack's JK-5 has been improved considerably and transformed into the JK-5000 with the same affordability. The JK-5000 can achieve up to 37 straps/minute, while maintaining all the benefits of the JK-5, such as a 110 Volt power supply, simple strap width adjustment from 5mm to 15.5mm (5/8 in), auto re-feed, loop ejection and small footprint. Another new feature to the JK-5000 is a self-diagnostic programmable microprocessor which continuously monitors critical electrical functions. Should an electrical problem arise, the monitoring panel immediately displays the function affected to take the guess work out of troubleshooting, making restoration more efficient.
The iQ-400NA2 is a narrow table version of iQ-400. Even with a full-size strap reel, the iQ-400NA2’s space saving design maximizes the efficient use of a limited space.
The JK-5000SUS is ideal for low volume applications in food and medical industries where sanitation and minor moisture exposure is a concern. The JK-5000SUS is a bottom seal model which boasts a stainless steel body. The critical components such as the cutters and rollers are composed of stainless steel in order to withstand water exposure. All external screws and fasteners are stainless steel. The bottom of the body cabinet is reinforced and shielded to provide extra protection where moisture exposure is greatest.
The advanced design and features of the OB360 is now available with a conveyor belt to adapt to fully automatic lines. Large dispenser is available as an option.
The RQ7000M boasts the advanced high-speed sealing head of RQ7000, durability of the AQ-7M for moisture-laden environments, and most of the features of the best-selling automatic machine, RQ-8, such as strap self-loading, re-feed and loop ejection. The RQ7000M is capable of 50 straps per minute (1.2 seconds per cycle), which is among the fastest machines of this kind. Permanently lubricated mechanisms, side-seal design, and body parts made of stainless steel make the RQ7000M the ideal machine for harsh environments. Fully automatic configurations available.
The RQ-8A is available in 3, 5 and 6 tabletop belt configurations to match various package sizes. (Roller conveyor version also available). The conveyor speed is variable, up to 29.4 m or 98 feet per minute on standard machines and as an option the speed can be increased to 40 m or 132 feet per minute. An inverter system makes it safe and easy to adjust the belt speed. The standard RQ-8A allows selection of 0, 1 or 2 straps.
The reliability, speed, and ease of operation, plus the low maintenance costs of the RQ-8 strapping machines are now available on a bundling machine designed specifically for the corrugated industry. The RQ-8CR/FB features a high cycle speed, easy strap loading, auto re-feed and loop ejection, lubrication free operation and safe dual tensioning. It incorporates a 1650mm x 500mm (65" x 20") arch, top compression, variable speed conveyor and runs 5mm or 6mm (1/4") strap to facilitate the requirements of corrugated container production. For production settings with high output requirements, the RQ-CR/FB is now available with a dual strap dispenser and automatic strap coil transfer system. This newly developed system is designed to prevent any costly production stoppages due to strap coil changes. The model RQ-8CR is also available with a driven roller conveyor table.
When your applications require a low conveyor height and a bottom seal strapping machine, the RQ-8 low table models are the perfect machines. With a cabinet height of only 432mm or 17", the RQ-8L is unique. Unlike side-seal machines, the package does not have to be shifted against the sealing head. Products longer than approx. 914mm or 36" can be strapped automatically by interlocking a standard RQ-8L to adjacent powered conveyor. For shorter packages, the RQ-8L can be built with the powered belt tabletops and automation features of the RQ-8A series.
The SQ-800Y with brushless DC Motor is a side-seal model which boasts all of the advanced features of the SQ-800 such as self-loading, refeed and loop ejection.
The SQ-800Y adapts easily to any existing or proposed conveyor system, adapts to any conveyor height and requires no special equipment. Several options are available to make it easy to integrate the SQ-800Y into a conveyor system. It is ideal for heavy products. The weight of the product stays mostly on the conveyor, not on the strapping machine. In applications where dirt and dust is a factor, the side-mounted head is also preferable.
With a miniaturized slide table 23.5mm wide, the SQ-800S can strap small bundles that other machines simply cannot handle. It is a fast way to securely unitize small bundles of plastic pipe, conduit, aluminum extrusions, wood molding, dowels, metal rod or any other bundle as small as W40 x H30mm (W1-1/2 x H1-1/8 in) (Subject to shape and conditions of the actual package/bundles.). With many of the features found on the SQ-800, including easy strap loading, lubrication free operation and safe dual tensioning, the SQ-800 is a unique machine for strapping small bundles.
With the coil located inside the machine, the SQ-800IR takes up the space of a string tyer. The SQ-800IR is designed for users with limited working space, such as those in graphic arts, magazine/newspaper distribution, laundry, and the direct mail industry. It runs inexpensive 5mm, 6mm or 9mm strapping. Mail flats easily fit into the 650mm (27") wide by 400mm (16") high arch. The angled sides of the SQ-800IR arch support the sides of mail trays during strapping. With the addition of a programmable photocell, the operator is free to use both hands on the package and can apply one or two straps without using a hand switch or foot pedal.
The newly designed special high-speed sealing head can achieve 51 bundles per minute without compromising the tension strength. With the integrated foot pedal under the body, as well as an internal reel, the SQ-800IR3 offers a safe operation. The handles on both sides of the machine body, together with oversized casters, make the machine easy to maneuver in a limited space. The machine is easy to install and operates on a common household power supply.
The SQ-800SUS boasts all of the advanced features of the SQ-800 such as self-loading, refeed and loop ejection, but adds an attractive and practical stainless steel body.
The machine is designed for meat/poultry packing or pharmaceutical/clean room applications, where there is exposure to moisture and/or keeping hygiene is important. The fully enclosed stainless steel cabinet protects the components from moisture exposure. The bottom of the cabinet is reinforced to provide extra protection where moisture exposure is greatest.
Standard strapping rate is 54 straps/min, even when tension is applied. The machine is ready to operate in less than 25 seconds, contributing to increased packaging line efficiencies.
A fully automated model of the F-18, the F-18FB allows for easy integration to existing productions lines. The smaller sealing head allows for packages as small as W100 × H50 × L150 mm (W4 x H2 x L6 in). Optional photo-eye sensors can also allow a customization of a variety of strap placements. Standard self-correcting features also apply, making the F-18FB the perfect choice for a reliable and low maintenance operation.
